GuruNow Messaging Terms and Conditions
By opting into the GuruNow SMS Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
GuruNow provides AI-driven professional mentorship and guidance. When you opt-in to our messaging service, we will send you SMS/MMS messages for the purposes of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), account security alerts, and important service-related notifications.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Specifically, you will receive a message each time you request a 2FA code or if there is a critical update regarding your account security.
3. Costs
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
4. Support and Contact Information
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@gurunow.ai.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages, simply text the keyword STOP to our shortcode/long code. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Note: Opting out of SMS may impact your ability to log in if 2FA is required for your account.
6. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
